We use the Rules for the Protection of Personal Information of Minors (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to explain the corresponding processing rules and related matters when collecting and using the personal information of minors. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the text of the Privacy Policy, this Policy shall take precedence. Where not specified in this Policy, the "Transocks Privacy Policy" shall apply by reference.

In order to safeguard your child's legitimate interests, we hope that you can ensure that your child uses our products with your consent and guidance and submits personal information to us. We will take special measures to protect the relevant information in accordance with this policy. 1.1 How We Collect and Use Children's/Young People's Personal Information
Please be aware that we do not have products or services specifically for children and adolescents, so when we cannot automatically identify and judge whether the personal information collected and processed is children/teenagers' personal information, we will collect and process users' personal information in accordance with the "Transocks Privacy Policy". However, if the user makes us aware of the user's identity as a minor through other means, we will fulfill our reasonable obligation to remind the user to use our services under the escort and guidance of the guardian.

(f) Other circumstances provided for by laws and regulations.
1.2 How we store the personal information of minors
(1) The personal information of minors collected and generated by us in the course of operation is stored outside the European Economic Area, which may include Chinese mainland or Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. We take appropriate measures to ensure that the recipients of your personal data comply with confidentiality obligations and to ensure that measures such as standard contractual clauses are enforced.
(2) We will take reasonable and practicable measures to avoid the collection and processing of irrelevant personal information of minors.
If we terminate the service or operation, we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collect the personal information of minors, and at the same time will comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations to notify the guardian in advance, and delete or anonymize the personal information of minors after the termination of services or operations, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities.

1.4 How we protect children's/young people's personal information

In the following circumstances, you or minors may contact us through the channels described in the "Contact Us" section of the "Transocks Privacy Policy" to request the deletion of the corresponding minors' personal information:
(a) We collect, store, use, or provide minors' personal information in violation of the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, or the agreement between the two parties;
(b) Collecting, storing, using, or externally providing minors' personal information beyond the scope of the purpose or necessary period;
(c) you withdraw your consent;
(d) You or minors terminate the use of products or services through cancellation or other means.
1.5 If we become aware that we have collected personal information of minors without prior verifiable parental consent, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
2.1 Under the general circumstances not expressly stated by the user, we cannot identify and will not judge whether the personal information collected and processed belongs to the personal information of minors, and we will collect and process the personal information of the user in strict accordance with the "Transocks Privacy Policy".
