The "Transocks VIP Member Internal Purchase Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is concluded by you (hereinafter referred to as "Member") and the owner of Transocks (website: www.transocks.com.cn ), and has equal legal effect for both parties. If you believe that all the bold terms in this Agreement may cause some or all of your rights or interests to be damaged, please read it carefully, and continue to use the Transocks Member VIP internal purchase service (hereinafter referred to as "VIP Member Service") on the premise of ensuring that you have understood and accepted the terms.
If you are Juvenile, please read and decide whether to agree to this agreement under the supervision of your guardian.
The Transocks VIP membership service is an exclusive membership benefit provided to you by Transocks, which you can purchase through the corresponding service fee.
When obtaining TransocksVIP membership services, you should abide by laws, regulations, and the provisions of this agreement, and not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or Transocks. You may not obtain VIP membership services by yourself (or assist others) through the following methods:
(1) For commercial or other non-personal purposes;
(2)Through any automatic program, script, software, etc. such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, etc.
(3)Without the permission of Transocks, VIP membership services are transferred, gifted, borrowed, rented, sold, or transferred.
(4) Through improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith (such as exploiting loopholes in rules, exploiting system loopholes, abusing membership status, black industry, speculation, etc.);
(5) By using or disrupting the Transocks member service rules.
1.Account to obtain
During the validity period of your VIP membership service, your Transocks account with VIP membership service is your TransocksVIP account (i.e., the TransocksVIP account bound to your VIP membership service, hereinafter referred to as the member account).
2.Log in
TransocksVIP service requires you to log in to your TransocksVIP account to use it.
3. Account management and security
You should be responsible for and properly and correctly keep, use, and maintain your member account and password, and take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account and password. Any losses, omissions, tampering, theft, and other losses caused by improper maintenance caused by non-Transocks statutory fault shall be borne by you.
If you find that someone has used your account without authorization or that there are other abnormal situations in your account that make it impossible to log in and use normally, you need to follow the account retrieval process officially announced by Transocks to retrieve your account. During the retrieval process, Transocks may require you to provide corresponding information and/or supporting materials. Please ensure that the content you provide is true and effective, otherwise it may not pass the verification of Transocks and result in a failed retrieval.
(3) Please pay special attention that the behavior under your member VIP account is considered your own behavior, and you are responsible for the activities that occur under your member account or through that account.
4.Information inquiry
You can log in to the Transocks account page to check your account information details, including the VIP membership service content and service period that have been activated.
5.Login restrictions
The TransocksVIP member account can be used on the mobile terminal, Pad terminal, computer terminal, and the corresponding web page terminal of the above end point. The specific applicable device end point is subject to the actual provision of Transocks.
In order for you to use the VIP member service smoothly, it is recommended that you can check and manage the device end point login status of your VIP member account in the product.
6.Account independent
Your super account can only be used by yourself for non-commercial purposes. Unless Transocks agrees, membership rights cannot be transferred, migrated, transferred, gifted, sold, or shared between different accounts.
7.Attribution of rights
The ownership and related intellectual property rights of the VIP member services under the Transocks VIP member account and the products and/or services involved belong to Transocks or are authorized to be used, and you only have a limited right to use the aforementioned products or services.
8.Activities to participate in
During the VIP membership period, you have the right to choose to participate in VIP membership activities organized by Transocks and enjoy various discounts provided by Transocks. The specific content and rules of the activities and discounts are subject to the actual provision by Transocks.
Transocks may offer discounts such as extensions and upgrades to VIP member services that have been purchased and continue to be valid at different stages based on actual operation. The specific preferential policies are subject to the content notified by Transocks on the relevant service page.
When obtaining and using VIP membership services (including participating in activities), you should follow the procedures and platform specifications published by Transocks official channels.
TransocksVIP membership is a paid service. You can complete the payment of VIP membership fees through the actual payment methods supported by Transocks, such as bank card payment, third-party payment, etc.
VIP membership service is a virtual commodity that uses a fee-first and service-later approach. The membership fee is the price of the online commodity corresponding to the membership service you purchased. It is not a prepayment or deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. If you need to apply for a refund after VIP membership is activated, the membership fee will be refunded to your payment account.
Before purchasing VIP membership services (including automatic renewal services), you should carefully check your account information, purchased service content, price, service period and other information.
The interruption or termination of this service includes the following situations
(1) You initiated the request.
(2) You have or Transocks, after independent judgment, believes that you have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this Agreement, or damages the reputation and interests of Transocks or its affiliates;
(3) Transocks shall comply with the provisions of laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or the requirements of authorized authorities.
(4) Transocks is necessary for emergency situations such as maintaining account and system security.
(5) Force majeure (given the special nature of the Internet, force majeure also includes situations that affect the normal operation of the Internet, such as hacker attacks, significant impacts caused by technical adjustments in the telecommunications sector, temporary shutdowns caused by government regulation, and virus attacks).
Other situations that Transocks cannot resist.
Transocks has the right to partially or completely change the VIP member service content (including but not limited to the details of VIP member rights, charging standards, and charging methods) in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, policies, copyright owner requirements, and changes in its own operating strategies. Regarding the aforementioned changes, Transocks will publish them through corresponding service pages, in-app notifications, or other reasonable means, and they will take effect from the date of publication. After publication, your continued operations (including but not limited to clicking agree, or continuing to purchase, or completing payment behavior, or using VIP member services, etc.) are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned changes.
Welcome to the auto-renewal feature.
The auto-renewal feature is a feature provided by the owner of Transocks (website: www.transocks.com) for Transocks users (hereinafter more commonly referred to as "you") to automatically charge your designated third party payment account according to your settings.
Please be sure to read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, especially the corresponding terms that exclude or limit liability. Transocks will draw your attention to the limitations and exclusions in bold or italicized form. Minors should read this agreement in the company of a legal guardian and confirm the right to bind other paid accounts.
By confirming the automatic renewal feature, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to open this feature.
To make it easier for you to purchase (or subscribe to) paid products from Transocks, we offer you an auto-renewal feature.
When you expressly agree to the automatic renewal feature, you authorize Transocks to deduct from your tied third-party payment account the fees required to purchase the paid product again when the agreed-upon renewal conditions are met.
This function is applicable to products offered by Transocks such as "Transocks VIP Membership" that require periodic renewal.
When you activate the auto-renewal feature, your Transocks account will be tied to your designated third-party payment account.
We will automatically deduct the next installment within 24 hours before the expiration of the product you purchased, and continue the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
If the renewal fails for reasons not attributable to Transocks (such as third party system failure, account limit, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will treat the renewal as "non-renewal due" and stop providing you with the corresponding service. You shall be responsible for any adverse consequences that may arise.
Some Apple users can still purchase paid products without logging into their Transocks account. In such cases, we will record the purchase according to the device (IMEI code) used by the user to purchase the product and tie the third-party payment account to that device.
If you purchase a Paid Product without being logged into your Transocks account, but the device is no longer under your control, including, but not limited to, if you lose or give it to someone else, you may turn off auto-renewal to avoid ongoing payments. See "Turning Off Auto-Renewal" in this Agreement for how to do so.
We may adjust the prices of our products from time to time based on business needs or market conditions, and will disclose these prices to users on the relevant pages.
We will obtain your consent if the price at the time of auto-renewal is higher than the price at the time of your initial purchase, except in the case where the price for each period has been expressly agreed upon by both parties when the auto-renewal function is enabled for the respective product.
If the price at the time of auto-renewal is lower than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will deduct the corresponding amount directly.
You can only turn off the auto-renewal feature from your third party payment account (or system). The path to disable is as follows:
Apple devices: Turn off in the iCloud Payments feature. The path is: Settings → iTunes Store and App Store → Apple ID → View Apple ID → Account Settings → Subscriptions.
Android devices: Turn off in the GooglePlay subscriptions feature. The path is: GooglePlay Sidebar → Subscriptions.
[Huawei Pay Subscription]: Open Huawei "Settings" on your mobile phone → Enter "Account Center" → Enter "Payment and Billing" → Enter the "Automatic Renewal/Password-Free Payment" page → Select "Transocks Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Automatic Renewal" → Click unsubscribe
[Alipay Subscription]: Open the Alipay app on your mobile phone → Enter the homepage search → Search for "Payment Settings" → Enter the "Payment Settings" page → Enter the "Password-free Payment/Automatic Deduction" page → Select Transocks → Click to cancel subscription
[WeChat Pay Subscription]: Open the WeChat application on your mobile phone → Find the Transocks deduction voucher notification in the “WeChat Pay” official account → Click “Manage Deduction Items” → Click “Close Service”
If you are unable to turn off the auto-renewal feature due to OS upgrade or other reasons, you can consult your device manufacturer or system service provider, or contact our customer service by private message, and we will try our best to provide a solution for you.
Closing this function is considered a revocation of your authorization for Transocks to deduct fees from your third-party payment account. However, this revocation does not affect any deductions made by Transocks prior to your revocation.
If, for any reason, you terminate your use of the corresponding paid product service, you will be required to turn off the automatic renewal function that you have activated. If you do not close it, Transocks will carry out the operation of automatic deduction normally, and once the deduction is successful, Transocks will continue the corresponding service for you normally.
According to the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to the business development needs of Transocks, Transocks has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement, once the content of this agreement changes, Transocks will choose to include but not limited to system prompts, announcements, in-site letters and other means You will be notified.
If you do not agree with any changes made by Transocks to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you have the right to turn off automatic renewal. If you continue to use the Service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modifications made by Transocks to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the formation, entry into force, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid because it conflicts with the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, such provision will be reinterpreted in accordance with the purpose of the original provisions of this Agreement as close as possible, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The place of execution of this Agreement is Tianfu New District, Chengdu, People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute between you and Transocks, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. In the event that negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.
If Transocks is unable to properly deduct fees due to force majeure or other reasons beyond Transocks' control, Transocks will promptly issue a notice and reasonably handle the aftermath.
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any notices or announcements issued by Transocks from time to time in relation to the User, such notices or announcements shall prevail.

After confirming your purchase, your account will be charged. Auto-renewal accounts will be charged up to 24 hours before expiration. Until then, you can manually turn off auto-renewal in the App Store Settings Manager.
